"No Problems Encountered Yet"
So far, I haven't run into any major problems with the company, aside from a bit of a delay in getting responses to my messages and some annoyance with out-of-pocket expenses when using insurance. If you have an HSA, keep in mind that they aren't considered in-network, so you'll end up covering a portion of the costs after testing. Plus, it takes over a month to receive the bill from their lab. On the bright side, the testing process was straightforward and the results came back quickly. I also had the chance to consult with a gynecologist about any issues that needed to be sorted out through the pharmacy and whatnot. It’s definitely more convenient when you can’t make it to a physical office.
